Summary: The largest tourism complex in the Middle East (as of 2005) will contain 2,500 shops, a 28 story five star hotel, a true theme park, sports complex, six capacious cinemas and much more.

-550,000 square meter area.

-Estimated cost is $500+ million dollars.

-Located in northern Shiraz.

-An enormous 200 hectare park will be built next to the complex.
